    hi, your blog has been quite helpful. thanks alot. perhaps u can share something for guys like me in the consulting side. For example process/ structural/ pipelines. This is considered downstream? What's the chances of moving to upstream hehe.

    Kaki: Yes, you are in downstream. Nothing could stop you to jump into upstream unless you are not willing to learn or start from zero!
