    ehem..im technical engineer working with supplier and we 100% oil and gas trading company. im always thinling about my future, is it my experince have a value for my career dev coz im very interested in servicing/maintenance that more on technical and im not happy with my work today.every day in office

    you said that you're technical engineer...so,what's the issue here? you're in operator company(petronas/shell/exxon)? if yes, i would understand bcoz its the nature of oil companies' engineer= 0 technical, only paperwork. you could join any services company..but might start from 0. are u sure to change your career path?
